Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, sweat, and household chemicals whenever possible. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

After wearing, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a cool, dry place.

Pearls and certain natural stones may be sensitive to prolonged moisture, heat, sunlight, and harsh cleaners. Avoid soaking, ultrasonic cleaners, and chemical cleaners.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time and can be refreshed with a silver polishing cloth. Gold-plated pieces should be cleaned gently without abrasive cloths or excessive rubbing. Solid 18K gold is highly durable and can be polished occasionally with a soft jewelry cloth to restore its shine.

Return requirements:

Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, use, or damage.

Items returned by mail must include all original packaging, including tags, boxes, dust bags, pouches, and any accessories originally included.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Orders must be returned from the same country where they were originally delivered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.
