Where It All Began
JUNIQ.X began with two women, Quinn and Jane, whose lives unfolded on opposite sides of the world but were brought together by one shared belief: jewelry should do more than adorn. It should tell a story, express individuality, and carry meaning and strength for the woman who wears it.
Quinn was born and raised in Zhuji, China, the heart of the world’s freshwater pearl industry. There, pearls were not simply gemstones. They were part of everyday life. Growing up surrounded by pearl farms and generations of artisans, Quinn saw firsthand how pearls were cultivated, selected, and transformed into jewelry. She learned how rare a perfectly round pearl can be—sometimes only one among thousands. She also saw the women behind the pearl industry. Their patience, craftsmanship, and resilience shaped the way she came to understand pearls: quiet yet powerful, graceful yet unwavering. Her lifelong connection to pearls eventually led her to become a GIA-certified pearl expert.
Those experiences shaped Quinn’s appreciation for authenticity, quality, and the beauty found in natural variation. They also inspired a belief she has carried throughout her life:

Across the world, Jane grew up Chinese American, navigating two cultures while developing a passion for fashion and self-expression. Through her personal style, she built a community that inspired women to express themselves with confidence. Fashion also showed Jane how much women need from their jewelry. A woman rarely dresses for only one moment or one occasion. Jane wanted pieces that could move with her—versatile enough to be worn in different ways, yet distinctive enough to bring character, intention, and power to even the simplest look. She believed:
“Jewelry should not define the woman wearing it. It should help her express more of who she is.”
During one of the most challenging chapters of her life, that belief became deeply personal. Jane found comfort in natural gemstones and the meanings they carried. Choosing and wearing them became a small but meaningful ritual—a way to reconnect with herself and remember her own resilience. She began to understand that jewelry could be more than something beautiful. It could become an anchor, a source of intention, and a quiet reminder of the strength a woman already carries within her.
Together, Quinn and Jane brought their two worlds into one shared vision: the heritage and quiet elegance of pearls, the color and symbolism of natural gemstones, and a desire to create jewelry for women as they truly are—individual, multifaceted, evolving, and powerful.

The JUNIQ.X logo brings together the letters J, Q, and X with the imagery of the crescent moon, the pearl, and infinity.
Across cultures, pearls have long been associated with the moon, or so-called Stone of the Moon. Ancient legends imagined them as gifts of moonlight and heavenly dew, while Indian tradition connects the pearl with the moon itself.
The crescent moon in the logo represents beginnings, growth, and inner strength. Just as the moon moves through different phases, every woman moves through seasons of change, becoming more fully herself over time.
The flowing curves of the logo reflect the shared journey of the moon, the pearl, and the woman, each becoming more luminous through time and transformation.
The extended line subtly forms the infinity symbol, representing endless possibilities in personal growth and in the many ways JUNIQ.X jewelry can be styled and reimagined.
The overall silhouette also forms the letter Q, capturing the quiet strength of pearls, soft, luminous, and impossible to overlook.
